'You can do your cardio training at the local park, and now you can do your strength training, too, with a full body workout on fitness equipment provided by IU Health. Step ups strengthen glutes and legs, making it easier to walk up stairs as well as anything that has you moving from side to side.   Coaches Tip: Be sure to pause at the top of each exercise; the slower the better.'
