'Your ability to recover plays a big role in your results. The more training and riding you can recover from and the better you can recover from it the better your results will be. For a long time now I’ve been an advocate of foam rolling to help address soft tissue in the recovery process. It is a tool that has helped a lot of riders but the guys at Kabuki Strength showed me that it isn’t the only way - or the best - way to go about it. The Boomstick is a tool that I got the chance to use firsthand about a month ago and it opened my eyes to a whole new world of recovery strategies. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and the results I’ve seen are impressive. I wanted to share more about the Boomstick, how it works and the results I’ve seen from it so I shot this video. Check it out to find out why you should look at adding it to your toolbox.
