'To help build strength or muscle mass adding weight to your movements can definitely help. I must stress though its really important to have excellent technique before adding load to your training sessions. In this video I demonstrate how to do the sequence with out weight it you are beginning and then with weight if you have been doing this move with me for some time and are confident you have great posture and technique. Remember to start with a light weight first then you can increase as you get more comfortable.'
