With one drill you can develop lower body mobility and strength, upper body stability, shoulder mobility and health.  It\'s an epic movement that should be part of your repertoire.   Often I will pair GetUps with some type of pulling exercise, perform sets with minimal rest, and get the heart and lungs doing their job.     Focus on quality of movement over quantity, and pay strict attention to control of the movement.  Each transition position is an exercise unto itself.  Nail these fundamentals and build competency and resiliency over time.'
