'Heart Health month is ending but your heart healthy journey isn\'t! To help finish the month strong we\'re going to jump right back in to some High Intensity Interval Training exercises. Catie Carey, GHF Group Fitness instructor and certified personal trainer, is back to share some more HIIT exercises to help get your heart pumping! Remember the more you condition your heart the stronger it becomes. Here are three exercises that people of all ages can participate in whether they\'re trying to achieve a new fitness/conditioning goal or if they\'re just trying to stay in shape. Make sure to get plenty of rest and we\'ll see you in March where we\'ll continue living life with no limits!'
