UPPER BODY workout: Warmup: 10min cross-trainer (circulation in the whole body) 1. Smith chin-ups 4 set x 10 reps or to failure (as many as you can) 2. Single arm DB row bench 3 set x 10 reps per arm 3. Seated Arnold press 4set x 10reps 4. Lateral raises 3 set x 10reps 5. Bench push-ups 3 set x 1-15reps 6. Cable biceps curl into triceps push down 3 set x 10reps each exercise  The perfect workout for you who is new to the gym or doesn\'t know what exercises you should do. Or simply if you have been feeling off and need to get back on track. This is a good start to building your foundation.
