The surf specific routine is based on a needs analysis where I applied sports science principles and my knowledge of injury prevention/rehab to in order to choose the exercises to help surfing pop ups and design a well-rounded routine for beginners-intermediates or advanced surfers, best of all-they can all be done at home!
