'Ashwini Mudra - This is a wonderful exercise that keeps you young and healthy forever. It also cures you of many digestion, hart, bed-wetting, pregnancy related disorders. It can be done anytime during the day in any position. Watch the video for more details.  Ojas Breathing: This is a wonderful breathign technique that must be done before having food. It takes away all the negative from the food and makes it healthy and easy to digest.   The 21 days will guide you on how to stay fit and how to stay healthy for body, mind and soul through yoga asanas, meditation, pranayama, mudra and diet.  The first video was about body doshas and its importance.  You can take the Dosha test at: www.yofit.co/test/dosha-test/. The test will tell the composition of three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha in your body.   This second video guides you on how to balance your doshas through yoga asanas, pranayama, mudra, meditation and diet.  The third video is about Surya Namaskar, the most important yoga asana suggested to to everyone, regardless of your dominan body dosha. Start practicing this for 15-30 minutes everyday to see amazing changes in your body.  The fourth video was about Number 8 or Infinity walking an the benefits derived. It is essential for everyone to do this walking at least once a day (after dinner) and if possible twice a day. It must be done by those who have Pitta Dosha imbalance.'
