'Battle ropes are a great full body exercise that incorporates core stability, upper body strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. The tricep wave pattern specifically targets the triceps in a more isolated fashion. With this exercise, focus on stabilizing the core while generating power during the elbow extension phase of the motion rather than the elbow flexion phase. This will more effectively recruit and challenge the triceps. Want to move better? Do you have pain? Need to book an appointment?
