'Those of us who were bold enough to join in on the Love Out Loud Challenge this advent season are probably finding our feet to the fire right about now. This week we continue build up others, and ourselves, by giving away praise and thankfulness, while we learn to hold our tongues when we want to tear others down. James makes it very clear, in chapter 4, that our words are not to be used to speak badly or against someone else. When we are angry it is actually about something even deeper and more ugly; It\'s about being a judgmental person. (That should of gotten your attention.) We were not created to be the judge. Judgment makes us sick. We were created for freedom and love.'
