'This vid is meant for individuals who love Pow wowing all year long and/or just want to work out to modern native music. The easiest progressions are first followed up by more difficult moves. You can stay at which ever level is most comfortable for you.   I am a current dance fitness instructor as well as a Pow wow dancer/Performer. I absolutely love dancing to stay in shape with the best music possible. It keeps me Motivated!!
