'PF Trainer Caroll is in the 30 Minute Circuit where she’ll lead you through today’s leg workout. Don’t worry for those at home, Caroll will be providing modifications when needed. This workout was designed for everyone, no matter their fitness level. Feel free to follow along, or go at your own speed — there’s no rush! Alright, let’s get started. In the warm up for this workout, you’ll be doing step overs, air squats, and high knees. Once you’re all ready to go, Caroll will lead you through a variety of simple exercises like mountain climbers, sumo holds, weighted lunges, and more. After that, you’ve completed the workout video! Caroll will help you cool down, before wrapping things up. You did ahhhhmazing!
