If you’re trying to lose weight for a competition and don’t get enough protein, your metabolic rate slows down, which not only means your muscles are undernourished, but also that it will become hard for you to keep calories at bay and, by extension, your body fat levels at bay. 2): What you see on your favorite influencer’s social media profile is their highlight reel – the tip of the iceberg. But there is a real person on the other end of that snapshot. Realizing this is the first step to being able to look at your social media through a realistic lens and avoid potential mental health issues down the road that come from envy and comparison. 3): If you’re following certain people on social media, particularly on Instagram, and you’re not getting value from their content, consider unfollowing them. If these include a friend or family member and you don’t want to offend them, mute them instead. You have to take steps to make social media support your lifestyle and not let it control you through comparison syndrome or making you prone to constant, one-sided outrage from controversial posts. Powerful Quotes by Judy ● It’s important to have a goal because, the closer you get to it, the more excited you become. ● Sleep is so important for recovery. Sleep is king. ● OnlyFans is just another social media platform. It’s just another way of putting yourself out there. People just need to be more open-minded and figure out the different ways they can make use of it. ● A lot of people aren’t doing what they want to do in life because fear is getting in the way, and the main thing that they seem to be afraid of is other people’s opinions. [...] You only have one life so you might as well do what makes you happy and not care what anybody else thinks. Live your best life.
