'Easy High Protein Meals W/ Michelin Star Chef'

'Michelin Star Chef Wallace shows me how to make some super easy high protein meals that are budget friendly and great for bodybuilding meal prep!   Hope you enjoy the video! Thank you for watching   CHICKEN AND SHRIMP FRIED RICE Serves 4  Ingredients 4 oz Chicken Breast, thinly sliced 12 Medium Shrimp, Shell off and cleaned 4 Eggs, beaten 1 oz Ginger, finely chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped 4 cups Day Old White Rice, cooked 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce Salt to taste 2 Green Onions, finely chopped Optional: additional soy sauce for marinating the chicken   Instructions 1. Marinate your chicken and shrimp with some salt or brining it 2. In a large non stick pan, add oil/cooking spray and over medium high heat sear your chicken for 30-45 seconds on each side to get golden and then remove 3. Repeat the process with the shrimp 4. In the same large non stick pan over high, add oil/cooking spray and cook your scrambled eggs for 30-45 seconds and then remove 5. In the same large non stick pan over medium high heat, add oil/cooking spray and add your ginger and garlic. Cook stirring constantly until fragrant 6. Turn the heat to high and dd in your cooked rice and using the spatula, saute the rice while breaking it up stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes until the rice is all loose and is warm 7. Add in your chicken, shrimp and egg along with the dark and light soy sauce and green onions. Toss everything to combine and cook for additional 1-2 minutes 8. Adjust seasoning with salt.     GRILLED PINEAPPLE WITH GREEK YOGURT AND TOASTED COCONUT Serves 4  Ingredients 1 Medium sized Pineapple, sliced to grill then chopped 2 cups Unsweeteend Non Fat Greek Yogurt 3/4 cup Honey 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon Juice of 1 Lime Salt to taste Toasted Coconut  Instructions 1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix the honey and cinnamon and heat until warm 2. Toss the pineapple into the honey and then place on a oiled grill over medium high heat. Reserve the excess honey 3. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and remove 4. Cut the pineapple into chunks and add back to the honey mixture along with the juice of 1 lime 5. In a tall glass spoon a layer of the grilled pineapple followed by the yogurt and then repeat with one more layer of pineapple and greek yogurt 6. Sprinkle it with toasted coconut and serve!
