And today we are focusing on arms, with this powerful at home workout for arms.  During this routine, you will be doing some floor exercises to help build strength, before we move onto my favourite part of the workout: standing arms! No equipment needed! Now, this may look funny doing the exercises, but trust me, they are SO effective. These moves will help to really tighten and tone your arm muscles and give you that definition you are after.
