'Day 3 New Year Challenge: 30 minute Walk and Dance Workout | Seniors, beginners'

'Day 3 of the 7-day New Year Challenge is a 30 minute walk and dance workout that consists of five dance moves in a pyramid format. It will work your entire body, strengthening your cardiovascular system, endurance, coordination, and balance.  Each of the five exercises is done in blocks of 20 seconds; 30 seconds; 40 seconds; 30 seconds; and 20 seconds. The walk and dance workout is about 3000 steps, less or more, depending on your pace.   Go at your own pace and rest if needed. By staying with it, you will build strength and endurance gradually. Take one step at a time!
