The Key phrase for this Workout is: PURPOSE  P - 15 Incline Push-ups U - 60s High Knees R - 60s Air Punches P - 15 Incline Push-ups O - 30s Mountain Climbers S - 25 Glute Bridges E - 25 Jumping Squats  The workout is 1x Round and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.  Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
