'Hey Just Workout Squad! It is Day 9, the workout challenge the affirmation of the day is \'I ENOUGH\'.  This affirmation speaks volumes! Pure truth! YOU ARE ENOUGH! Today I want you to really remind yourself... I am ENOUGH I am GOOD ENOUGH I am WORTHY ENOUGH I am STRONG ENOUGH I am (insert postive word) ENOUGH  *keep on adding positive words to this phrase as you repeat the affirmation*  The Key phrase for this Workout is: ENOUGH  E - 25 Jumping Squats N - 50 Sumo Squats O - 30s Mountain Climbers U - 60s High Knees G - 20 Push-ups H - 60s Butt Kicks  You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.  Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
