'Welcome to DAY 1 of the postpartum workout challenge! Today we are doing cardio and then we will rotate through the different muscle groups and try different styles (HIIT, Tabata, Pilates, Yoga, Dance Cardio). Optional Dumbbells for this class, or water bottles or do the moves without weights at all! Every class will include core healing! I will provide diastasis recti and post-c section modifications.
