EZ Bar Cable Curls 3 x 20  1b. Overhead Rope Triceps Extensions 3x20  Rest 60 sec   2a. Smith Machine Drag Curls 3 x 20  2b. Cable Kickback 3 x 15 each arm  Rest 60 sec'
