'Boxing and Battle Ropes Calisthenics Workout Another great workout this time at the gym but still centrally focussed on bodyweight workout. It is a bit of boxing meets calisthenics, incorporating some high intensity training throughout. Combining my strength training with my cardio workout made for the best, most tiring high volume training I could have done this weekend. I felt like a pro boxer... a bit like Rocky Balboa at times.
