'Have Back Pain? Try These Exercises for Your Low Back.'

'Sitting for long periods of time isn’t great for your low back. We’ve all heard this by now, but sometimes you just can’t avoid it. If you’re stuck on a 12-hour flight, there’s a good chance your body will be compromised going into your next lifting session if you don’t take the proper measures to get your body back into alignment before you lift. In today’s video Jake is going to take you through a routine that will help your low back stay healthy and injury-free. The routine starts with a KB smash for the psoas. If you’re sitting for long periods of time there’s a good chance your psoas is going to tighten up. Taking care of this alone can be enough to clear up your low back pain. This is something you can do every day that will decrease the likelihood of a low back injury.
