'Squat Booty Exercises - Variation 1 - 30 Day Fitness Challenge - Circuit Demonstration  http://www.betterbodyblitz.com  In this video, we will demonstrate all the exercises that you need to complete to perform the exercises safely and correctly.  The squat booty 30-day challenge Welcome to the squat booty challenge by Better Body Blitz.   You can choose to complete these exercise in a circuit and complete multiple rounds or choose to just complete one round. We have designed the challenge to progressively get harder with exercise. The reps, seconds, rounds and length of each exercise will get harder each day that you complete the exercises.  To really get a great booty, exercise and nutrition are key. By getting your body fat percentage down, and using proven and effective exercises that focus on building the glute muscles (the booty muscle) you can be 1 step closing to achieving the booty you have desired.  If you can stick with a great fitness and nutrition routine, you will notice an amazing transformation all over with increase focus on the legs, bum, booty, thighs.
