'Level TWO | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment | BURNS 75 - 125 calories  Hooray for ACTIVE REST DAY!  Let your body rest and repair your muscles while still getting some gentle movement that helps you feel GREAT!  This 10-minute (stackable, if you wanna) POWER WALK workout is all standing, no jumping and needs no equipment.  Let\'s GO!  SET UP: Timer is set for 20 seconds, every other interval is WALKING; repeat the circuit 2x; there is NO REST (ironic, right?)  EXERCISES: Wide Marching Forward Kicks with High Hands Grapevines Walking Skiers Low Ding Dongs Star Bursts Half Jacks Windmill Tap Backs
