'As a bodybuilding muscle man the fear is always that any kind of cardio will eat away at your hard earned muscle gains. Is it true cardio will burn muscle? Will running lose muscle mass? I speak from experience when I say muscle mass is very hard to burn. When doing cardio your muscles will sometimes appear to shrink but this is due to the muscle bloating that comes with drinking protein shakes, eating fat and taking other supplements.
