'Planet Fitness is bringing in Felicia, a trainer from North Carolina, to lead a home workout that’s all about abs. This home workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. Who’s ready to get warmed up? In this warm up, you’ll be dong hip openers, squat twists, shoulder rolls, and jumping jacks. After that, you’ll head into two circuits which include toy soldiers, saw planks, plank knee taps, and more. Once you complete the home workout, Felicia will guide you through a cool down and wrap things up.
