'This is a full leg workout at Planet Fitness. It doesn\'t matter where you workout at if you know what your doing you will get a good workout. Also I did a warm-up on the elliptical machine for 1 mile as fast as I can go which was 6 minutes and then a Dynamic flexibility warm up.
