'Doing legs (Lower Body) in the gym, for me at least, is the best part of working out. Even though stairs and walking are your enemies the day following Leg Day, it is totally worth it to push your limits, reach your goals and dominate. I enjoyed doing Leg Day so much that I split it into two days and was proud that I pushed my limits and broke a few barriers. This video contains some, not all, of the routines that I performed over the two days and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did performing the routines and recording.
