'We had an amazing time with the staff of the Fayette County Family YMCA!  Our MoveStrong Group Functional Training 1-day Course gave us chance to work hands-on with management, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and staff to help in introducing new and exciting ways to build functional fitness for YMCA members!  Here is a highlight video from our event and the custom MoveStrong Nova XL Functional Training Station! Customized with Silvervien and Red colors and additional In-Line Bay training features Kicplate Medicine Ball Station, Stall Bars, accessory storage station. DynaBells, Centerline Bands, Climbing Ropes, and Elevate Trainer were just a few of the MoveStrong training tools introduced with the FTS.
