'Trainer Teddy is mixin’ things up with a cardio and core Home Work-In! No equipment is needed — just a little bit of motivation and some elbow grease. You can choose to follow along with Teddy or go at your own pace. This workout is for any and all fitness levels. Trainer Teddy will be taking you through three separate core-focused circuits featuring moves like diamond crunches, reverse crunches, toy soldiers, and more. After you’ve worked your abs, he’ll finish each circuit with a cardio move like mountain climbers or high knees. Once you’ve wrapped up the workout, you’ll complete a brief cool down.
