'Today, we’re getting stronger by the minute with a cardio and leg workout led by PF Trainer Aja! This free exercise video was designed for everyone, no matter their fitness level. And with no equipment required, this quick at home workout is perfect on any day. Feel free to keep up, or go at your own pace.  In today’s warm up, you’ll be doing two rounds of simple exercises like dynamic forward leg swings, and stationary lateral lunges. This home workout features two circuits that you’ll finish two times each. The first circuit includes split jumps, alternating forward lunges, high knee jacks, and alternating backward lunges. In the second circuit, you’ll be doing jumping jacks, outer thigh lifts, and pop squats. And that’s it for today! After a cool down, Aja will wrap things up.  Looking for good at home workouts?
