Today I did Shaun T\'s Cize preview dance workout through the On Demand Platform, as it isn\'t officially released until July 2015... and I don\'t think this was the beginner workout. After 43 minutes of CIZE, yeah... I. WAS. DRENCHED. Granted it\'s a hundo here today but the A/C is cranking. Totally enjoyed Cize with Shaun T but felt a itsy bitsy teeny bit uncoordinated.
