'Some people have asked me how does it feel to do chest fly\'s on the Valor BD-62 Wall Mount Cable Station. Before trying them out for myself I have to admit I was super skeptical just simply due to the pulley location. Typically you will want to preform them using a cable crossover machine or some other type of machine that is specific to this exercise.
