'So this was the same day Lisa and I did Crazy 8s. When I am with someone who knows the program we can cut loose a bit. With strangers and someone who does not own Cize I would have to do Cize Live. But lisa has Cise and she is one of my sponsored coaches. You would think by now I would not mess up. BUT I did a bit. I am not a dancer. Not at all and that is the best part about this. I don\'t have to be. Neither do you. This is just about the most fun I have had with a workout program. Lisa has lost 38 pounds. I have lost 100 (multiple programs) All with Beachbody.
