'In this week\'s installment of the G-Fit Fitness Minute we will learn how to perform the Step Up. Regardless of what height you are using, make sure you place your entire foot - including the heel - on the step. Pull yourself up using the muscles in your glutes until your working leg is straight. Slowly lower your non-working leg back to the floor under control. Do not let your hell hang off the edge of the step, do not push off the floor, and do not crash back down to the floor.
