'This is not a \"Gym Fail\"  This woman died due to the lack of Gym education that the entire world suffers from.  This is entirely avoidable.   Do we need a governing body to avoid things like this?  Who would it be?  Does there need to be a course for people to enter a gym?  Do you need a personal trainer for an extended period of time?  I don\'t know. WHAT I DO KNOW is that this was rough to see. And that I don\'t think that often with videos of this nature.   Coach Andy.   reaction video'
