'BALLET BARRE WORKOUT Barre Seat - Barlates Standing Barre Glutes with Linda Wooldridge'

'Welcome to the Standing Barre Series. You will find all your favourite traditional barre style exercises, as well as some innovative new ones to target all your major muscle groups. Some of the workouts will use various pieces of equipment, such as a barre ball, light hand weights and a resistance loop, to increase the intensity, but you can do them without.  This is traditional ballet barre seat workout that focuses on small isometric movements to really get deep into the muscles of the glutes and outer thighs. You will perform a whole series on one side before moving to the next. This overload technique will build a lean, strong lower body without bulk. The resistance loop will help you to engage even more muscles and keep you aligned perfectly so that you get the most out of each move.
