'No equipment needed for this feel good lengthening and toning barre workout! We will work our entire body during this achievable paced workout that\'s perfect if you are new to barre or are looking for a great low impact workout. No dance experience required. We begin with a nice warm up then move to the \"barre\" for our lower body exercises. You can use a chair as your barre to serve as a base of support. We will stay standing for upper body exercises using just our body weight to tone our arms and shoulders. You can add wrist weights for an extra challenge, but you will definitely feel it without them. Let me know in the comments if you recognize the music for the arm section! This workout is completed on the floor to work our abdominals and finish with great stretches.
