'Need a break from burpees, HIIT and hard core cardio? This low to moderate intensity, quiet (no jumping or jarring) session focuses on smooth and controlled ranges of motion and moves for some calming, yet warming, LISS-style cardio. We\'ll use gliding tools (I\'m using two small paper plates on carpet, small cloths work well on hard floors if you don\'t have gliding discs) to keep our movements low impact and add in some additional core work too.
