'Hey Guys! In this video, I am going to show how the Black Moon Cosmetics Cosmic Eye Dusts look against the Wet n\' Wild Metallic Liquid Shadows. Some will be with no base and some will be with a black eyeliner base. Most combos will be shown in direct sunlight and indoor lighting (some of my footage was lost somehow). If you would like a tutorial on any of the eye looks, please let me know and if the footage wasn\'t lost, I will post the video. I hope you enjoy. My final thoughts: I prefer the Black Moon Cosmetics Cosmic Eye Dusts b/c the carbon base makes them look darker and more smokey/sultry. Plus, the carbon base moves/transfers, which makes them easier to blend out. However, due to price and the fact that a black eyeliner base can be used under each, I would recommend the Wet n\' Wild first.
