Cable oblique side crunch 3set x 12-15reps/side SUPERSET  4. Pilatesball crunch 3set x 10-12reps / Knees to elbow Pilatesball side crunch 10reps/side  5. Pilatesball leg raises 3set x 15-20reps 6. Hanging oblique leg raises 3set x 10-15reps/side 7. Side crunch elbow to knee (in back extension-machine) 3set x 15reps/side 8. CHALLENGE Stand in your feet as long as you can and switch over to standing on knees.
