Lat pull down 4set x 10-12reps TUT: 1-0-3  3. Lateral raises 1 1/2reps 4set x 10reps total TUT: 1-1-2  4. Incline front raises 4set x 10reps TUT: 1-1-3  5. Spider curls  4set x 10-12reps TUT: 1-0-3  6. Seated incline biceps curls 3set x 10-12reps TUT: 1-0-3  7. Skull crushers 3set x 12-15reps TUT: 1-0-3  8.
