'~ Hello! If you know me, you know i love surfing, so I put together the ultimate full body power and stability workout for surfing! Since I\'m at my house, I was a little limited on equipment, but I did the best I could with what I\'ve got! This workout is awesome at focusing on developing power and improving stability while surfing, especially targeting the entire core, legs/hips, and back/shoulders. Hope this helps you guys out
