'Full body workout with sand bag, medicine ball, trx and stability ball.  There are regressed variations if your just learning the movements.  If the 90/90 is difficult due to mobility please do the mobility videos prior to this workout. Exercises are inverted row 90/90 getup to balance with overhead press, pullups or chin ups, hip driven ball slams.'
