Today, I tried Hanna Oberg\'s less than 30 minutes SHOULDER SUPERSET WORKOUT! Hanna\'s workouts are amazing and HARD AF. They will give you a challenge in your fitness journey which is why I like them so much! This upper body workout just about killed me and includes all parts of the shoulder ( the front shoulder, side shoulder and back of the shoulder) in 3 quick, killer supersets. LET\'S GO!
