'To mark FIVE months of my weight loss and health journey, my trainer has me doing stairs and battle ropes. It gets REAL but it\'s so important that we see what its honestly like to be a plus-size woman trying to get more healthy. No gimmicks. Just hard work! I started my journey at the end of April weighing 350 lbs. I\'m 34 lbs down and feeling my body grow stronger EVERY week thanks to the wicked training I\'m doing with Blake Elarbee BS, CSCS, SNS twice a week. I\'m on journey to \"be greater\" by the time I turn 40. I want to be a stronger, healthier and happier version of myself! Are you on a journey to greater health? If so, I\'d love to hear from you! Connect with me online using #GreaterAt40 and find me: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/greaterat40/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GreaterAt40/ and Twitter: https://twitter.com/greaterat40 and online at http://greaterat40.com/ Guided by my wicked cool trainer, Blake Elarbee, BS, CSCS, SNS (you can find him on IG here: https://www.instagram.com/blakelosang...) and with the support of my friends and family. This is my very real and very raw story of how I\'m tackling my health. If you have ever wanted to make a change to YOUR health and fitness level... If I can do it, you can too!'
