'Lying Incline French Press or Skull Crushers'

'Bodybuilder Chris Groetsch is demonstrating this exercise that puts mass on your triceps.  Most weight trainers do these on a flat bench but the incline adds a nice variation.  You must keep your elbows towards the ceiling and narrow to isolate the triceps fully.  Make sure and bring the bar down low enough towards your forhead.  Keep your upper arm still and only move your lower arm with the elbow acting as a hinge.  Flex the tricep at the top of the movement.'
