'Here\'s 5 dynamic exercises which can be used as part of a warm up in the gym or before playing golf. They will help improve mobility of the hips, trunk and shoulders.  They are somewhat advanced compared to basic dynamic and static stretches.  I recommend spending about 60seconds on each exercise and spending most time in positions which feel the hardest for you.'
