'Let\'s do a light dumbbell routine.  This will strengthen your golf muscles and prevent injuries for the future!  I used a 10 lbs dumbbell mostly. I switched to a 5 lbs dumbbell when my muscles felt fatigue.  10 lbs is not too heavy for me, so let\'s start with a lighter weight to try this routine!  ♥️Please subscribe, like & comment down below to show some love!♥️
