'Today\'s video workout will help you achieve a more toned and leaner lower body--but that\'s if you finish this 30 day challenge! This workout is quite intensive and it contains challenging routines. The cardio exercises here are combined with strength routines to make sure that you effectively burn fat in your lower body while making your muscles stronger while you work to tone it. Routines such as the Leg Kicks and Split Jumps will make you catch your breath so make sure you utilize the rest times to your advantage!
